Titanium Dioxide is a food grade whitening agent which is ideal for colouring products such as chocolate and buttercream.
If you are after a true white no affected by yellow chocolate or buttercream, this product is for you. Simply add a sprinkle of powder to your melted white chocolate and mix. Keep adding more powder until you get the desired colour. The powder has no taste. You can also make a liquid paste by adding a drop or two of boiling water to some powder colour or mixing the powder dye straight in and kneading the colour through.
